Abstract

In this paper, we analyze the evolution of the Argentine trade union model in industrial Córdoba '60s. It has the distinction of having covered in the state structure, making a strong trade union machinery, by granting legal and economic attributes that allowed the unions stand as exclusive mediators of conflicts between capital and labor. However, when this model was in crisis due to changes in the composition of the proletariat, the unions changed in nature. The actions of classism introduced new forms of organization and struggle that gave a response to the demand for participation of entire groups of workers marginalized by the old union.
